Every post-construction project is different, so we plan each one around your site, your programme and your handover date.
We start with a conversation to understand the size of the site, the scope of work and your handover deadline. For larger or more complex projects we carry out a site visit so we can assess the work properly and plan around other trades.
We confirm the scope, the team size and the number of days required. Where needed, we produce method statements and RAMS specific to your site, so everything is in place before we arrive.
Our work is led on site by an experienced supervisor who briefs and manages the team throughout. We can clean once the site is clear of other trades, or work in coordination with an active build, whatever suits your programme.
Before our team leaves, a final walkthrough is carried out to confirm the site meets our standard and yours. The space is checked and recorded on completion, and nothing is signed off until it is ready for inspection or handover.
