01. Site Survey & Specification
We visit your premises to understand the layout, footfall and the standards you need to maintain. From there we build a clear cleaning specification, schedule and price, so everyone knows exactly what is being delivered and how often.
02. Mobilisation & Onboarding
We recruit or assign a directly employed, vetted cleaning team and put the equipment, consumables and access arrangements in place. Site-specific COSHH and RAMS documentation is prepared, and operatives are inducted to your building before the contract goes live.
03. Ongoing Delivery & Supervision
Your contract is delivered on a reliable schedule by a consistent team and overseen by a supervisor who carries out regular site checks. Tasks, attendance and quality are logged through our CleanManager platform so issues are caught and resolved quickly.
04. Account Management & Reporting
You have a single named account manager as your point of contact for the whole contract. We review performance with you, provide completion reporting and photographic evidence on request, and adjust the specification as your needs change.
