- ✧Kitchens & Washrooms to Showroom Standard. Kitchens, washrooms, sanitaryware and fittings detailed and sanitised, with film, fingerprints and water marks removed for a showroom finish.
- ✧Floors Finished & Buffed. Hard floors detailed and buffed, with edges, corners and transitions checked so the finish is consistent and ready for inspection.

04. Final Walkthrough and Handover
Before our team leaves, a final walkthrough is carried out to confirm the space meets handover standard. Every area is checked and recorded on completion, and nothing is signed off until it is ready for inspection or handover.
