Working-at-height window cleaning for difficult access
High-Access Window Cleaning in London

We clean high-rise and difficult-access glazing across London, using pure-water reach-and-wash poles from the ground and, where needed, cradle, rope-access or MEWP methods arranged for the elevation. Every high-access job is planned around a site-specific risk assessment, with working at height treated as the priority from survey to sign-off.

What our high-access window cleaning covers
Every high-access programme is planned around the height, the elevation and the safest way to reach the glazing, with the method chosen for the building rather than for convenience.
- ✧Reach-and-Wash High Access. Pure-water reach-and-wash poles clean upper-floor and hard-to-reach glazing safely from the ground, avoiding the need to work at height wherever the elevation allows.
- ✧Cradle & BMU Cleaning. Cleaning from building maintenance units and cradles on high-rise elevations, working with the building's own access systems where they are in place and certified.
- ✧Rope Access Cleaning. Rope-access methods arranged for elevations that cannot be reached from the ground or by cradle, delivered by trained operatives under a site-specific plan.
- ✧MEWP & Access Platform Cleaning. Cherry pickers and mobile elevating work platforms arranged where the site suits powered access, cleaning atriums, curtain walling and set-back elevations.
- ✧Curtain Walling & Cladding Glass. Large glazed facades, curtain walling and glazed cladding cleaned across full elevations, keeping the building envelope clear as well as the individual windows.
- ✧Atrium & Internal High-Level Glass. Internal high-level glazing, atrium roofs and set-back panes cleaned using the safest access for the space, with protection for the areas below.
Every clean is scheduled, tracked and quality-checked through our CleanManager platform, with photographic evidence and completion reporting available on request.
DBS-checked operatives. COSHH compliant. Method statements and RAMS provided where required.
How We Work
High-access work is planned around the elevation and the safest method to reach it, with a site-specific risk assessment leading every stage from survey to sign-off.
01. Site Survey & Risk Assessment
We survey the building to assess the height, the elevations and the access available, then determine the safest method — reach-and-wash, cradle, rope access or MEWP. A site-specific risk assessment underpins everything that follows.
02. Method & RAMS
We confirm the access method, equipment and any permits or exclusion zones required, and produce site-specific RAMS for the work at height. Access to the building's own cradle or BMU systems is agreed and checked before work is scheduled.
03. Controlled Delivery
Trained operatives carry out the work under the agreed method, with the working area managed and controlled throughout. We clean high-level glazing to a smear-free finish while keeping the safety of staff, residents and the public front of mind.
04. Check & Sign-Off
Before we leave we check the finish across the elevations cleaned and confirm the site is left safe and clear. Recurring high-access programmes are logged so standards and access arrangements stay consistent each visit.
Who is it for?
We work on high-rise and difficult-access buildings, with most of our high-access cleaning supporting facilities teams and managing agents responsible for tall or complex elevations.
- ✧High-rise offices and towers with glazing beyond ground-level reach
- ✧Facilities teams responsible for curtain walling and glazed facades
- ✧Managing agents overseeing tall residential blocks and mixed-use developments
- ✧Buildings with cradle or BMU systems needing trained operatives
- ✧Atriums, glazed roofs and set-back elevations that need specialist access
